Our story

Founded in Tel Aviv with one belief: Hebrew should be spoken, not just studied.

Hebrew Lab teachers and students collaborating

Built for real conversation

Hebrew Lab opened its doors on Rothschild Boulevard in 2014 with a simple mission — make modern Hebrew accessible, engaging, and practical for learners from every background.

We saw too many students finish traditional courses unable to hold a basic conversation. So we built something different: small groups, native instructors, and a curriculum rooted in the Hebrew people actually speak on the streets of Tel Aviv.

  • Communicative, immersion-first methodology
  • Class sizes capped at 10 students
  • Cultural programming integrated into every level
  • Flexible schedules for professionals and newcomers
